Real engagements · Real results · Named with permission

How CPA firms have used offshore accounting capacity to grow without adding headcount.

Case studies are being prepared as our founding client engagements mature. every case study on this page will be based on a real engagement, with real numbers, published only with explicit written permission from the CPA firm principal involved.

First case studies publishing mid-2026

Our founding client engagements began in 2024 and early 2025. we need at least 6–12 months of completed work before we can write a case study that demonstrates a genuine before-and-after picture. the first ones are being prepared now.

Why we wait before publishing

A case study written three weeks into an engagement proves nothing. the value of offshore accounting capacity — reduced turnaround time, eliminated seasonal hiring costs, improved quality consistency — only becomes measurable over a full engagement cycle: at minimum a tax season, or 6 months of bookkeeping.

We’d rather wait and publish a case study that’s genuinely useful than publish something that sounds impressive but doesn’t reflect a meaningful outcome. the firms using us now will appear on this page when the results justify it — and when they’ve given us permission to say so. In the meantime, read what current clients say, see how we work for CPA firms, or go straight to book a call.

In the meantime, book a discovery call. we’ll tell you exactly what our current engagements look like and connect you with a client directly if that’s what it takes to build your confidence.

The structure every case study on this page will follow.

Not “a CPA firm in the southeast saw improved efficiency.” actual numbers, actual firms, actual before-and-after results.

Section 01
The firm and the problem
Firm size, services, client base, and the specific capacity problem that prompted the conversation. what was breaking and why local solutions weren't solving it.
Section 02
The engagement
Which services, which software, how many clients, the engagement model chosen, and how the onboarding actually went. the specifics that matter to a CPA firm evaluating whether we're a fit.
Section 03
The results — with numbers
Turnaround time before and after. cost comparison vs the alternative they considered. hours recovered per week. returns processed per season. the actual measurable outcomes — not adjectives.
Section 04
What the principal says
A direct quote from the CPA firm principal — attributed, with their name and firm name — about what changed and whether they'd recommend the engagement to a peer.

Three case studies currently being prepared.

These engagements are active. the principals have agreed to participate. the case studies will publish when the engagement data is complete and the content has been reviewed and approved by the firm.
